Shipping address
Please ensure that your shipping and delivery address is accurate and up to date. While P.O. boxes are acceptable for some shipments, please note the following restrictions:
Certain items—including large products, valuables, perishable goods, age-restricted products, and shipments handled by private carriers—may require a physical street address and/or signature confirmation for delivery. Additionally, some merchandise partners may specify in their product listings that they cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Please also be aware that deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas, such as military bases.
Shipping time and cost
Once your order is successfully paid and confirmed, the shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message indicating the processing period for your order.
Order processing typically takes 1–3 days. You will be notified via message once your order has been shipped.
After shipment, a shipment notification will be sent with the delivery timeframe for each package. A tracking number will be provided when available, and you can also view this information under each package in your order history. Please note that tracking updates may not be available for every stage of transit.
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, the actual delivery date can be influenced by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. For the most current delivery estimate, please refer to your tracking details.

Delivery issues
